A Project in the Works

This project has just gotten underway, and we are very excited about what’s to come. This west end townhouse was previously renovated and converted into offices; however, the basement flat had been left behind.

To update this tired space, we will be bringing down internal walls to open the cramped dark space.

A full-length extension at the rear of the building, replacing the old outhouses and providing a space for an open plan kitchen.

A full re-decoration and rewire will complete the transformation into a beautiful west end flat.

At the end of the garden is a cracked old car park. In this space we will be constructing a traditional mews, the design of which will match those already present on the street. We are particularly excited to build such an icon of British architecture.
