Portland Street
A Project in the Works
- A veritable time capsule, this property has not been touched since the 1960’s! However, with the rip out underway it is showing fantastic bones.
- To not lose the soul of the property we will be restoring the period features, such as the sash and case windows, as well as the beautiful cornicing and fireplaces.
- Altering the layout to make the most of the space, along with full redecoration and a re-wire, we hope to make a beautiful home for a family in the heart of Leith.
